Roaster is cooling as I write!

Experimented with roasting smaller batches today. Did 1kg (green bean weight) roasts of Balanese “Paradise Valley”, a light Brazilian Santos and  a Brazilian Santos decaf. I am itching to try the Paradise Valley!
