Featured Roast/Torréfaction de la semaine: Cuban Caracolillo

There have been some requests for this coffee. So to kick off the feature rotation for 2020, we welcome back the Cuban Caracolillo. The Cuban Peaberry.

I have more on this coffee here.

The coffee listed here is part of a rotation of special coffees featured here at Art Brûlant. We also carry a regular in-house listing which includes coffees from Sumatra, India, Burundi, Brazil and Columbia. Unlike the features these coffees are always on offer. Unless of course they have been sold out for the week. In which case you will have to wait until next week.

Its a sad irony that I am embarking on a 3-month “elimination” diet this new year just as you announce the last roasting of that lovely Cuban Caracolillo coffee. I sincerely hope that I will see you again in April Ray, and meanwhile have a great new year. Simon
