Featured Roast/Torréfaction de la semaine: Bali is back – Another one!

Blue Moon! This rare coffee comes from small farms in the central volcanic Kintamani Highlands of Bali. Manure rather than pesticides are used on the crop.

I quite liked the Bali Paradise Valley. The Blue Moon, looks to be just as tasty. This is not to say that it same as its predecessor. Where the Paradise Valley was on the sweet side the Blue Moon is less sweet but more earthy with smokey, woody and dark cocoa tones.

Update: Try it in a French Press. As a single origin espresso its nice too.
