Featured Roast/Torréfaction de la semaine: Big Bean — My Apologies!

The Santa Celia Maracaturra from Nicaragua is back.

Although the physical size of this bean is impressive, with flavour to match, some people find it a little too much. This bean doesn’t fit well into the hoppers of some of the hand operated coffee grinders out there. This can make for a rather tedious grinding process.

My apologies, it is all for a good cause! Just think of that cup of coffee you are going to have!
