Not Too Much Hardship? + Featured Roast/Torréfaction de la semaine

I thought that I should post something before the end of my first day back after two weeks.  I don’t have anything grand to convey after two weeks, but just business as usual here. Working on good coffee!

I hope that those two weeks were not too difficult.

To welcome you back I have roasted up the Zimbabwe AA+ coffee from the Salimba Estate. I think it is something that is nice to come back to. I have talked about it in more detail here, and here.
