Sometimes I find I am intimidated by the aroma of a good coffee. I hesitate making that coffee into something drinkable. I am concerned that my experience at the level of my taste buds won’t live up to that of the aromatic. I don’t want to spoil a good aroma with an inferior taste.
When I opened up the bin for the “Vieux Arbres” this morning the aroma was a little overwhelming! I wanted a cup but I hesitated.
Over coming that hesitation was worth it!
