Here in Art Brulant when I have served coffee, making one cup at a time, I have joked about “Slow Coffee”. Now I no longer need to joke about it. In Roast Magazine’s recent release Benjamin Myers’ The Power of Slow takes the concept of “Slow Coffee” beyond just the brewing. “Slow coffee” from the farm to the cup.
We could all learn from it. Not just when it comes to coffee!
