Featured Roast: The Regulars Plus

I am continuing with the Tanzanian Shangri La Estate as the feature for this week and I am adding another special to that.

For those you who prefer a lighter roast profile I have something for you this week. The Ethiopian Yergacheffe as a light-medium roast is a nice cup with cocoa and some some nice citrus. As an espresso it especially nice, and as a cafe creme the citrus translates into something reminiscent of Key Lime pie.
