This week’s feature roast comes from south of the equator in Africa. From the southern part of the Zimbabwean eastern highlands we have the Salimba Estate AA+.
The roasting profile for this weeks coffee is similar to what I have used to bring out the sweeter tones in the Ethiopian Yergacheffe. The resulting roast brings lots of body, some sweetness, and nutty flavours to the cup.
