Featured Roast: Ethiopian Yirgacheffe

This week we move from the deep dark heavy flavours of Sumatran coffees to something lighter with more fruit in its profile. There will still be some cocoa.

From the land of coffee’s origin the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and its complex blend of flavours is this week’s featured roast.
