Featured Roast: Sumatra Blue Tawar

It was in the hills around Lake Tawar in Sumatra that the Dutch first planted coffee trees when they came to this area. A region with a long history for good coffees.

Look for a lot of flavour from the Blue Tawar. Earthy, hints of spice, even a bit of cocoa.

The last time I had this on the feature list it was well liked. Come and get it while it lasts!
