This Week’s Featured Roast………Addendum

As I mentioned earlier this week I was able to squeeze out one more batch of the Haitian Grand Cru de Beaumont. Well it is gone.

It is sad to see the end of that beautiful Haitian, but to finish up the week we cross the Atlantic and the continent of Africa for the foot hills of Mt. Kilimanjaro on the Tanzanian side. For the last day of this week and next week I have roasted up a fresh batch of the Tanzanian Pea Berry.

A fresh brew of this is going down very nicely right at the moment.
