This Weeks Featured Roast: Tanzanian Pea Berry

I just removed the this weeks featured roast, a Tanzanian Pea Berry, from the cooling bin in the roaster.

You may remember the Pea Berry we had in for December from Kauai, Hawaii. The Tanzanian is not the same coffee but does have some similarities. It is also a little easier on the pocket-book.
