This week I am trying something different. This weeks feature is not one “roast”, but a blend of roasts.
For this week as the feature I have a blend of fresh roasted beans from the old world, where coffee originated, and the new world. Combining the flavours of an Ethiopian Djimmah and the Costa Rican La Horqueta produces a coffee that seems to bring out the best of the two.
Both of these coffees come from high altitude, mountainous regions, hence the name of the blend Two Mountains.
