Roasting for the Coming Week!

First roast, an ingredient in the present Espresso blend, is done. The second roast is in the cooling bin. Costa Rican La Horqueta is in the roasting drum! Next is another Espresso ingredient.

A few more batches to roast yet. This includes the Featured Roast of the Week: The Sigri Estate Coffee from Papau New Guinea.
