A great way to start a week. This morning I roasted up this weeks Roast Special. A Batch of the Sigri Plantation from Papau New Guinea. Then I put on a batch of cold-brewed Burundi for iced coffee. Should be ready around 1:00 pm. Its going to be a hot one!
